PLC Control Metallographic Sample Mounting Equipment
The HSM-V6000 fully automatic vacuum cold mounting machine with PLC control features a high-strength vacuum chamber and built-in vacuum pump. This advanced equipment completes the entire mounting process with one-click operation, including multiple vacuuming cycles, vacuum maintenance, and venting functions.
By removing air from both the sample and cold mounting material, the liquid mounting material effectively fills sample gaps, eliminating voids between the sample and mounting material. This ensures tight bonding while providing excellent protection and support during grinding and polishing operations.

Operation Procedure
  • Place the mounting mold in the vacuum chamber
  • Mix cold mounting material in proper proportion, pour into disposable plastic cup, and place on cup holder in container
  • Cover the vacuum chamber lid securely
  • Perform pre-vacuuming as required
  • Pour mounting material into the mounting mold
  • Select the required mounting process parameters by sequence number and press "Start" to begin automatic mounting process
  • Wait for machine completion prompt indicating the entire mounting process is finished
