Core functionality
Electromagnetic/leakage magnetic detection (LF+LMA dual function): Axial saturated magnetization steel wire rope, capturing internal and external defects such as wire breakage, wear, rust, loose strands, wire jumping, deformation, material changes, etc.
LMA (metal cross-sectional area loss)+LF (magnetic leakage defect): Simultaneously quantitatively measure cross-sectional area loss and qualitatively measure local defects.
Online/offline detection: Move at a speed of 0-6m/s, without disassembling or stopping the machine for detection.
High precision positioning: with a position error of ± 0.2%, the accuracy of identifying broken wires can reach 99.99%.
