Product overview

Portable handheld equipment for magnetic particle inspection

Magnetic particle flaw detector has the characteristics of compact structure, reasonable layout, compact size, light weight, easy to carry and so on. It is suitable for magnetic particle inspection of surface and near surface defects of all kinds of iron and steel structural parts, boilers, pressure vessels, pressure pipelines and various types of welded ferromagnetic materials in electric power, metallurgy, petrochemical, machinery and other industries. The flaw detector can be directly connected to AC power, or alternatively equipped with AC magnetized power supply and DC magnetized power supply, efficient and light. It is especially suitable for welding seam inspection of ship hull, welding seam inspection of steel structure in high altitude and internal operation of pressure vessel.

The instrument meets the requirements of JB/T7411-2012 "Technical Conditions of Electromagnetic Yoke Flaw Detector" standard.
